Job description. Commission based sales.
We require a goal orientated sales person to sell advertising space on both of our website's
newzealandrestaurants.co.nz and newzealandcafes.com
The reason we believe restaurant and cafe owners will want to sign up, is because both website's are top of page 1 on Google
Eg type “new Zealand cafes” into Google search box and our website will be number 1 in the results.

There are advertising spots available on the site, prices vary but the front page of each website has two slots available from $150.00 + GST per month.
This is what they get for each slot. “A space to place a thumbnail photo + contact details and a link to their website.
There is also an option that if they do not already have a website, we would be able to make them a small one or two page website at minimal cost which could be hosted directly within our sites
As we are a website design and optimisation business there is an opportunity for the sales person to also sell website design and optimisation services

Sales person’s goal:
Get customers to sign up for a six or twelve month contract, conditions are they pay the first two months on signing and then pay monthly one month in advance
Sales person: Commission Rates
50% of the first months advertising revenue then 30% per month for as long customer continues to pay for their advertising on the website.
Eg if you were to sell two spots on the front page at $150.00 + GST each and sign up the customer for six months.
You would earn $75.00 + GST for each spot plus a monthly commission of 30% per month per spot which equals $45.00 + GST for as long as the customer continues to pay in advance as per agreement
If your were to sell a number of spaces on different pages there is potential to earn some very good money, if you were to be able to sign businesses up for twelve months your monthly commission would continue for twelve months. We would endeavour to pay these commissions within 14 days of us receiving payment for each slot sold.
Commissions on other services sold such as website design or optimisation could be negotiated on a case by case basis
